Aquafitness is an ideal form of fitness, cardio vascular and muscle conditioning, for all ages and levels. Burn calories, tone muscles, relieve some stress and muscle aches, enhance range of motion and flexibility. The use of water's resistance helps to condition the entire body and aquafitness is gentle on the joints. We also have an amazing double swim jet, which is great for swimming against the current and is used as a massage for the muscles. Music from the 60's to the present.
